idDriver is a joint venture partnership between Platform1 – one of the worlds largest Data Intelligence companies, utilising their proprietary Voice of Consumer (VoC) data survey platform and idDriver, an Australia based enterprise.

idDriver is a SaaS based application designed to work on any connected device.

The unique platform can operate standalone or with integrated third parties supplying online services to the industry at dealer and manufacturer levels.

The platform replaces inefficient hardcopy test drive forms, provides a better customer experience and adds productivity efficiencies to both dealers and manufacturers by digitally capturing and automatically storing customer data.

The idDriver Platform provides critical pre sale customer experience feedback following a test drive or loan event.

The captured data is immediately available via a real time dashboard where customised views can be created.

Overview of idDriver Customer Experience VoC Solution

idDriver is an OEM, Large Group or multi-dealership application enabled via a web browser and accessible to mobile phones, tablet or PC. The application allows OEM’s, Senior Dealership Managers and individual Department Managers to analyse a series of relevant information from individual or group dealerships. This information enables real time reporting of CSI programs, sales performance, planning targeted marketing, inventory planning, while also providing a simple system for administration to efficiently provide test drive records to match against driving infringements or insurance claims. 

One of the principle aims of the idDriver Platform is to survey customers directly following interaction with automotive dealerships and provide beneficial real time feed back to the OEM’s and Senior Management of the surveyed dealerships.

The features of the idDriver application are as follows:

  • Allows the visibility and creation of dealer users (maintain hierarchy of reporting) senior management, sales manager, sales agent

  • Allows the creation of vehicles that are held in dealer stock or DMS,

  • Allows the creation of trade plates that are registered against the dealer,

  • Allows access to previous clients, or the creation of new clients,

  • Allows easy capture of Drivers License image and data via OCR

  • Allows the booking of a Test Drive or Loan vehicle event

  • Allow multiple drivers in a Test Drive or Loan Vehicle event

  • Allows the pre-booking of a Test Drive or Loan vehicle

  • Allows the visibility of all pre-booked drives

  • Allows the visibility of all Test Drives (upcoming, current and past)

  • Allows real time visibility of dealership activity via dashboard views

  • Add ons are also available for OEM and Super Dealers that run multiple dealerships
